Job Description • Responsible for the day to day running of the office.
• Respond toinquiries (onsite/on telephone)
• Responsible for the ATech group databases (sales, timesheeting, backup files etc).
• Produce reports/management information.
• Carry out general administrative andoffice managerial tasksincluding filing, telephone answering, data entry, record keeping, printing, binding etc.
• Maintaina cleanandtidy working environment
• Ensure the safeguarding of all funds • Reconcile the accounts payable and receivable
• Assist with preparationandadvertising of company materials • Provide project support and ensure processesare followed
• Performother related dutiesas required
Job Requirements
• Minimum qualificationSC holder
• Good knowledge of using computersandOffice Packages • Time management skills • Decisionmaking skills • Effective verbal and listening communicationsskills • Analytical and problemsolving skills • Residing near Mahebourg will be a definite advantage
