In search of a SMALL Apartment or a Colocation

Morning to any possibly(?) interested Woman.

I am seeking a very small Apartment or Studio (20m2 sufficient),equipped with the essential and habitable (without repairs to do neither unsanitary, nor leaks . etc.),in calm and secure place, between 5 and 6000Mu, in Plain Wilhelms (preferably around or suburb of Curepipe, but NOT in the middle of the "asphyxiating" city). Besides,if a Lady of balanced mentality,away from all Family problems and else,would have found an apartment or small House (the 2 furnished) which would suit her,but with a little high for her (between 10 and 12-13000 Mu),I propose to cut the pear in 2 with the mature that I am, not smoking,and neither drinker nor violent.
