Big portions of land on sale in the North of Mauritius

We are seeking serious foreign investors who wish to buy big portions of land for development in Mauritius. Interested parties are requested to provide a Letter of Intent and Proof of Fund so that we can submit all details of the land, including site plan.
A visit is a must. Lands can be converted into residential and suitable for any project.

In the North of Mauritius:
Proportion of land: 1000 arpents (422 hectares) (4,220,870 m²) = 18,737,400 euro (Rs 800,000,000)

Other lands, more than 400 hectares are also available in other regions in the North.
