Role /Job Responsibility:
• Work as a mobile agent or work in our mobile operators Walk-In-Center (WIC)
• Proactively inform WIC customers regarding our product/service
• Pursue each customer for product registration
• Serve customers with helping attitude
• Capture customer insights and escalate critical issues / complaints and provide timely feedback
• Update management on periodical sales progress

Job Nature: Full time, Part time and Freelance
Education: SC and HSC level. Education relaxed for experienced candidates
Additional Requirements:
• Age: 18 and above. Both male and female can apply
• Applicants having experience in the following areas: Marketing, Customer Relations/ Services, Communication and Sales are encouraged to apply.
• Should be able to read and write basic level English. Please do not apply if you do not meet this requirement.
• Applicants should be willing to work in respective customer WICs.
• Strong interpersonal skill, smart, well mannered and intelligent
