Role /Job Responsibility:
• Work as a mobile agent or work in our mobile operators Walk-In-Center (WIC)
• Proactively inform WIC customers regarding our product/service
• Pursue each customer for product registration
• Serve customers with helping attitude
• Capture customer insights and escalate critical issues / complaints and provide timely feedback
• Update management on periodical sales progress

Job Nature: Full time, Part time and Freelance
Education: SC and HSC level. Education relaxed for experienced candidates
Additional Requirements:
Age: 18 and above. Both male and female can apply
Applicants having experience in the following areas: Marketing, Customer Relations/ Services, Communication and Sales are encouraged to apply.
• Should be able to read and write basic level English. Please do not apply if you do not meet this requirement.
Applicants should be willing to work in respective customer WICs.
• Strong interpersonal skill, smart, well mannered and intelligent
