>Transferring data from scan format into computer files
>Typing in the data system with all the requirements
>Verify data by comparing it to source documents
>Sort and organize the daily work upon the billing factory
>Collect all information needed to calculate bills receivable
>Check the data input the data system to ensure accuracy of final bill
>Answer questions and handle complaints regarding bills
>Report daily activity to upper management
>Track exceptions between the file and the invoice registered
>Work closely with other employees in the department
>Perform any other cognate duties as may be required by Management
> Your differentiating profile
>
>HSC with accounting background
>Minimum 1-year experience in general accounting or billing
>Proficient in MS Office Excel
>Working knowledge of accountant software
>Detail oriented
>Comfortable with numerical data
>Good communication skills
